Shipping policy

Please stick to the shipping timeline we offer at checkout as the final ‘expected’ delivery timeline. This is usually 7-9 business days for most orders (3 to make, 4-6 to delivery). During busier periods, we change this to 7-12 days to set realistic expectations. We offer a rushed option in the event it is for a special occasion.

All orders generally take 1-5 days to be created and shipped. This can increase to up to 8 days during sales periods. At checkout we will provide you an estimated delivery time, and this is the time you should follow in terms of expected delivery. Our talented artists take their time to ensure your custom art is absolutely perfect for you before sending it to print. We also have an internal artwork review to double-check all the finer details of your pet art. It’s definitely worth the wait.

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it’s available.

• Delivery time estimates are shown below:
• EU: 2-3 weeks
• US: 2-4 weeks
• Rest of world: up to 2 months working days

Shipping prices are a flat fee:

• Digital products: free of cost
• EU: 10 EUR
• AUS, UK: $15
• Europe (not EU): 15 EUR
• Rest of world: $25

Prices may differ according to weight, exact price is displayed at order time.

Please Note:

• We occasionally offer ‘skip the queue artwork creation’. This shipping options speeds up your artwork creation, as we move your photo to the front of the queue for our artists. It does not speed up the courier’s shipping time.
• If your order requires a new photo please understand that this will of course lengthen the production time.
